Show the default configuration value in /conf servlet as well

HADOOP-6408 has shown all the configuration values in the configuration file in /conf \
servlet.

But some of the configuration value do not exist in config file but be set in the \
code as default value.

It would be nice to show all these default configuration values in the servlet as \
well.
