TestFileContextResolveAfs will fail with default test.build.data property.

In TestFileContextResolveAfs if test.build.data property is not set and default is \
used, the test case will try to create that in the root directory and that will fail. \
/tmp should be used as default as in many other test cases. Normally, test.build.data \
will be set and this issue should not occur.
