Hi Jim,

Do you a guy named Norman Matloff?  I was browsing his webpage
this morning and noticed his address.  

I found his page while I was looking for elvis src.
My redhat box runs vim which I detest...elvis is god.
Anyway this fellow has penned a very nice intro to C.  
Seems like freem isn't the only show at UC Davis, eh?  ;-)
