Hi Phan!

Thanks for your patches. I am not actively maintaining libnotifymm
anymore but it is still part of the *mm packages, so I CC'd the gtkmm
mailing list.

The best is probably to file a bug against the gtkmm package[1] and to
attach the patches there.
