Quick addendum: do **not** migrate open bugs manually from Bugzilla to
GitLab.

If a bug is still open, it will be automatically migrated, with all
comments and attachments, to GitLab, and the old issue in Bugzilla will be
closed with a link to the new location.

If a bug has been closed already as part of the Bugzilla clean up, you can
open a new issue in GitLab manually, linking to the old issue in Bugzilla.
