In case anyone reading is unfamiliar with what is meant by "WYSIWYG", 
which I have used several times, it means "What You See Is What You Get".

Print preview is of course "normally" supposed to reflect visually what 
will be on paper.  For some user populations this is not desirable (some 
users will find such a presentation painful or impossible to read, when 
presented onscreen).  Print preview however is very useful in showing 
the page _layout_ as well as colors, for instance pagination, word 
breaks, etc., and thus is still useful even when the paper color and/or 
text colors are not the same as what will be printed on the physical page. 

For such users, a "print preview" option which uses the themed color 
combinations for text and text-base does make sense, even though for 
most users it does not.
