Well... yes, gtk_show_uri() should work. I think I would use this 
approach, at least for now. Thank you for reminding me.

But I thought about something similar to Qt's Assistant.
Or we can use CHM as a storage - we already have a lot of CHM viewers in 
*nix world and on Windows it comes by default.
