Subject:    Unable to use playbin for iOS project

I want to stream a video file via url. I am unable to use playbin element in
my pipeline. It seems the element does not support arm64 for iOS. I am
pasting below the error I am getting : 

Undefined symbols for architecture arm64:
  "_gst_plugin_playbin_register", referenced from:
      _gst_ios_init in gst_ios_init.o
ld: symbol(s) not found for architecture arm64
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see
invocation)

Any ideas how to solve the above issue??? Or is there any other pipeline
that I can build for playing video???
