ah, ok, thanks for letting me know.  Would you mind opening a bugzilla
bug for this, to make sure it doesn't get missed at some point later on?

yes, it is under NDA, for sure.  But that still doesn't mean that we
couldn't modify it before putting our firmware into the device :)
