Would someone please be kind enough to help me or point me to
someone/somewhere that can?

I have a system with Linux installed on it and when I boot it drops into
a Grub> command prompt.

If I use the following command: configfile (hd1,3)/boot/grub/grub.cfg it
proceeds to the grub menu and allows me to boot as normal. I have been
trying for several days to figure out why it always drops me into the
grub prompt. How can I tell it where the config file is such that it
remembers it and stops dropping me into the prompt?

Thanks,

Keith
