that's possibly because of 
 idea-version since-build="3429" until-build="3450"
in the plugin xml.
The plugin manager doesn't list plugins that are not valid for the
current build.

You may want to use an old version.
I use the 3450 version with Idea 5.0.1 and it seems to run fine.
