Hi, I'm Rod Cope, the founder and CTO of OpenLogic.

I've presented a bunch of times on Groovy at various events such as
JavaOne, the O'Reilly Open Source Convention, the No Fluff Just Stuff
tour, JUG's around the U.S., etc. My company just shipped version 3.2
of our product (BlueGlue), which just happens to contain a little over
100,000 lines of Groovy code. I've been involved with Groovy (mostly
behind the scenes) for about a year and a half, sometimes presenting
with James Strachan and kicking ideas around, but I'm not a committer on
the project. I've found bugs and submitted patches, but that's about it
so far. I was writing a Groovy book for O'Reilly, but it's on hold
right now. I love Groovy and hope it continues to grow and mature into
the phenomenal language and community it deserves.

That's the extent of the "relationship" between OpenLogic and Groovy.

Hope that helped,

Rod
