Have you looked at logster?

https://github.com/etsy/logster

It can feed your grinder logs into an RRD database in real-time.

Subject: [Grinder-use] logging to a database?

Is the log output of a Grinder agent configurable using a log4j.properties file or \
some other logging library config file? Spawning remote agents on EC2 instances, we'd \
like logging to go to a database rather than log files that need to be gathered up by \
                a separate process.
