I never tried with Mosix but I did try similar thing with BProc and
yes, it simplifies GE setup quite nicely.

(BProc is different from Mosix, it also migrates processes but there
is no attempt for automatic load balancing - it is mainly used to get
MPI processes to otherwise empty nodes and may also be used to get
batch jobs there)
