Hi,

I'm currently testing SGE 5.3 CVS version (TV53_beta2_BRANCH) under
NetBSD 2.0F (-current). It runs fine on i386 machines, but other
platforms such amd64 and alpha have problems.

Compilation and installation (identical for the 3 platforms) was
fine. But, when i try to run SGE, only the i386 has success ... The 2
other machines show the same error message during qmaster startup :

root@lanfeust [~]# /local/sge/bin/nbsd-x86_64/sge_qmaster 
error: enrolled, but leave_commd() call failed with status: NOT ENROLLED
Reading in complexes:
        Complex "host".
        Complex "queue".
Reading in execution hosts.
Reading in administrative hosts.
Reading in parallel environments:
        PE "make".
Reading in scheduler configuration

And then, the scheduler fails too :

root@lanfeust [~]# /local/sge/bin/nbsd-x86_64/sge_schedd 
error: getting configuration: unable to contact qmaster via "" commd - qmaster not enrolled at commd
error: can't get configuration from qmaster -- backgrounding
