Grid Engine developers,

I just checked in the MPICH/GM Myrinet parallel integration.  A few comments
regarding this integration:

o Developed and tested on Alpha and Intel Linux clusters
o Requires a queue per processor - set a unique Myrinet port number (2-7) in
the "processors" attribute of each queue.
o Loose, tight, and mixed-mode (MPI/OpenMP) PEs are supported
o See gridengine/dist/mpi/myrinet/README for details
