I tested it, and it doesn't work. I'm using apache on debian and I
compiled source code with hugo, linked the public directory to
/var/www/html/grass-website and
http://localhost/grass-website/ it works
all the links in the menu are broken since they redirect to
http://localhost/GRASS-GIS/learn/newcomers/ instead of
http://localhost/grass-website/learn/newcomers/ (GRASS-GIS seems
hardcoded too)
