in next few days I am changing server to new/better hardware. I would
like to check if rsync access for mirrors is on IP or DNS record.
To be sure I am sending new IP address: 195.95.205.51

The GRASS mirror at ibiblio seems to be misconfigured or broken;
grass.ibiblio.org is returning a 403 forbidden error. Hopefully you
