Done. :)

r3.colors with "-e" support is now available in grass7 svn as well as
r3.colors.out. Color tables can be exchanged between raster and volume
maps. The implementation of the color table equalization was easier as
i thought. The modules r3.colors and r3.colors.out are implemented as
Glynn suggested.

A backport to grass6 is not planned.
