Hello Tetsuji Uemura,

welcome to the translation team.
It is good news that Japanese translation will be continued and you
have found more interested people to do so.

The existing .po files are to be taken from SVN, as pointed out on wiki:
http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/GRASS_messages_translation#Continuing_an_existing_translation
There is also information about the translation software.
