So I fed this output from our SW

to both dot 2.28 and dot 2.30 with the -Txdot command switch.
Results are here:

The position information "at [12(26)]" refers to output from dot. You shoul=
d be able to write out your graph in dot format. If you could
post that or, even better, the output you get by running dot -Txdot on the =
graph, that would be helpful.
