You can play with the various padding and spacing attributes; the defaults are not \
zero.

Your screenshot showed a lot more spacing than I'm getting though. I get a few pixels \
of padding/spacing; your screenshot shows about 40 pixels which is a lot more than \
I'd expect.
What DPI is recorded in the PNG images you're using? Mine are at 72 DPI and look \
fine; perhaps Graphviz isn't properly handling everything when the DPI is different.
Also, I'm using the latest 2.27 development snapshot. There has been more than a year \
of development in Graphviz since 2.26 was released so you may want to try a later \
version; this may be a bug that's already been fixed.
