Also, gvParseArgs is just a wrapper for the same command-line argument parser used by dot,
so -N... should be recognized and used. As John suggests, try generating postscript or bitmap output and
see -N has any effect on those. Of course, you can also just embed
node [fontsize=...]
in the graph.
You may want to post your input and output, or submit them as a bug report
http://www.research.att.com/~erg/graphviz/bugform.html
so someone can do a sanity check.
