The only means available at the moment is to manually edit the 
delegates.mgk file and add/remove options to the line which runs 
dcraw.  You can copy the original delegates.mgk and put it in 
$HOME/.magick or set the MAGICK_CONFIGURE_PATH environment variable to 
include the directory where you put it.

The only requirement is that dcaw must write an image format that 
GraphicsMagick can read.

Every version of dcraw seems to be different and they all behave 
differently.  At times I have experienced with 10 different builds, 
and they all produced different output.

Executing 'dcraw' with no options produces help output.

If you have a program which behaves like dcraw, but does something 
nicer like show a GUI, then you could substitute it via the 
delegates.mgk file.
