That is good to know.  Debian's ultra-conservative release policy 
(based on dates) is not really compatible with the GraphicsMagick 
release process because GraphicsMagick does adhere to ABI versioning 
rules and newer libraries should be drop in replacements for older 
versions.  It is remarkable that soon we will have made 20 releases of 
1.3.X which are all binary compatible.
