Yo All!

With the help of patches from Jared Hagel the last (known) show stopper
to 3.23.1 has been removed.  gpsd now does a much better job of
autobauding.  Now it even works when some speeds send no data to gpsd.

I'll move 3.23.1 to ~rc this weekend.  Try to do some testing of autobaud
and get in any last minute fixes before then.
