I have replied to most of your emails, so that's only partly correct.
I prefer open discussions on mailinglists, if 3rd parts are involved.

I thought some significant details were kept secret to the community,
wrt the sponsorship (that excited me on your behalf) and the "domain
reimbursement" plans in March.

I hope Mr. Schmidt and Photodex (that was sponsoring you) eventually
will become well-known and active gPhoto community citizens, working
along the same goal and principles of free software like most of us.

I'm not holding my breath, so I'll work on gphoto2 compatibility for
the GNOME 2.0 desktop.
