First of all, please try current CVS version, it fixes some bugs in the
previouce code.
I guess that your camera does not like storageid or object format code of
0x00000000. It's allowed by the specs, but I expirienced similar problem
with uploading files to my Kodak camera.
I'll try to add workaround very soon.
