Ahhh, ohhhh...

Exporting public key to hash-id works.

> Btw. to test it you can use:
> gpg --auto-key-locate clear,nodefault,wkd --locate-key "name@domain.de"

Testing download works also from:
https://example.org/.well-known/openpgpkey/hu/(Hash-Id-key)

Automatic importing of missing public key while sending encrypted mail from
newest Thunderbird/Enigmail works too, nice system, should be wide-spreaded!
