I'm not very technical, but if I follow this correctly, the short answer
is that there is nothing I can do to change things and that Gpg4win is
limited to using a somewhat outmoded hash and there is no way that this
will ever change. Should I revert to using Outlook full-time at least I
can verify/decode messages. Thank you very much for the help, anyway.
