Your texlive installation is missing the `newunicodechar` package.
Since this seems to be Debian or a Debian derivative according to your log, you can use 
packages.debian.org to find what you need to install:
Scroll down to "Search the contents of packages"; paste newunicodechar.sty in the text 
field there, and click on search. It will show you which package you need to install.
