in CPP driver Hackrf there is a method that can find Hackrf but is there a
method that I check Hackrf is busy or idle?
When I send a signal with Hackrf , Led TX after finished continue on and
after 5 seconds it is off...
how can I check Hackrf is busy or not?
It is idle for new transmitting?

                   devs = osmosdr::device::find();
