Prompted by a post to info-gnuplot, I make these files available as
gp-ps.zip in the gnuplot distribution directory. Yes, they should have
been part of the binary distributions in the first place, sorry for the
oversight.

It should not be postponed, but, as I stated earlier, I'd be quite
happy if someone started coding a doc2sgml converter.
