I failed to find a viable way to convert 3d plots from gnuplot to the Universal 3D \
(u3d) file format. This would make it possible to include 3d plots via pdfLaTeX and \
movie15.sty into PDF documents and allow the user to look at the plot from all \
directions.

If anybody knows about a way to achive this (freeware/open source prefered), I would \
like to hear about. If not, what's about developing a u3d terminal? Would this be \
feasible?

Bye, Daniel Brückner
