Plotters,

plot ... title "A Title" ...

produces a title with an opaque background that covers grids, etc. making the
title easy to read. Labels do not have this opaque background, so they can be
hard to read even if the front option is used. Is there a way to make labels
behave like the plot ... title ... sequence?
