graphic tools to predict stock prices . All procedures are geometric.

Looking for a partner for this project who is honest , and

I will work to design partnership with a partner after the honest
requirement 

to meet with what they can bring to the partnership.

c + preferred , vb maybe , you might have to ddl's 

java to write on the internet , but library is in c +

so you will have to compile between langs.
