  $ gpg --fingerprint --with-colons  1e42b367 | awk -F: '$1=="fpr" {print $10}'
  80615870F5BAD690333686D0F2AD85AC1E42B367

If you have more than one key with the given key id it will list all
fingerprints.  Better scripts also display information from the pub and
uid records.  doc/DETAILS has the format.
