Well, as I already said: Stick with the defaults unless you know exactly 
that the defaults are not good enough for you. You can trust the 
developers of GnuPG and Enigmail to have chosen sensible defaults.

Last, but not least: Have fun learning more about and playing around 
with cryptography!
