IIRC (it`s been a while since I wrote winscripts) a batfile with following
content should work:
gpg -ea -r UID file.txt && del file.txt
However, if you`d want to enter it on the commandline, it`d have to be
something like:
gpg -ea -r UID file.txt && echo y | del file.txt
YMMV according to the version of command.com / cmd.exe
