Dear List,

I *think* this is a bug, but it might be expected behaviour.

Steps to reproduce:

Using gpg 2.0.18
Sign a UID of a key with a local signature.
Revoke the signature
Sign the UID of the key again -

GPG complains that the key is already signed and refuses to issue a
new signature.

I would have expected that since there is no currently valid
signature, gpg would have been prepared to issue a new signature.

Am I correct that this is a bug?

Nicholas
