No.

There are a whole bunch of "COMMENT" out there, which would be an illegal notation \
(not registered with IANA, and does not contain a '@').  Legal ones include \
preferred-email-encoding@pgp.com and pka-address@gnupg.org.  I'm sure there are \
others.
