Hi!
When using gpg-connect-agent on Ubuntu Linux the following error appears:
can't connect to `/home/me/.gnupg/S.gpg-agent': No such file or directory
gpg-connect-agent: can't connect to the agent: IPC "connect" Aufruf
fehlgeschlagen
I found out that the script gpg-agent-start.sh proposed at
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questions/linux-security-4/gpg-gpg-agent-cant-connect-to-root.gnupgs.gpg-agent-611843/
solves the problem for me. But I am wondering why gpg-connect-agent does
not work out of the box? Is the package maintainer responsible or what
is the reason?
Regards
Stefan
