If your keyboard sends a unique escape sequence for CTRL-Tab (most
don't), then yes.  The easiest way to find out is to get to a shell
prompt, hit ^V, then hit your keystroke.  Once you have the escape
sequence, stick it in your screenrc (for example, if your ctrl-tab
sends ESC [ Z):

bindkey ^[[Z next
