I am pleased to announce the new version of the IceCat web browser.

This version is based on the Firefox version 10.0[1].

It is available for download here:

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnuzilla/10.0/icecat-10.0.tar.xz
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnuzilla/10.0/privacy_ext.xpi

and the GPG detached signatures using the key C03363F4:
