What I meant, when writing about toggling-effects:
When you click a on menu in Mac-OS, it is highlighted (well, thats the case
in GNOME too ;-) ). When you then move the mouse-pointer over the list of
menu items, every single menu item gets highlighted (well again, thats the
same in GNOME again). When you finally click on a menu item, the highlighting
of the item toggels for about one second (AND THAT'S, IT).
The things you thought "toggling-effects" was meaning seemed very interesting
to me, I aggree with you, that these changes were very good too.
