The emergency release 2.91.3.1 is necessary because 2.91.3 depended on
GtkStyleContext changes which were not in gtk master yet. So, one
patch has been reverted - otherwise things do not build.

The location is usual, gnome git and
http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/libgnomekbd/2.91/
