CMS Error.. for some reason you're failing to send text. It might be
because of the network, or your Sim Card has run out of money.. I mean
it worked, and now it has stopped, and it looks like something external
- perhaps your TelCo can help, they may be able to see a reason for
failure.

I suggest that swapping the SIM card in the modem with another known
working one may pinpoint the issue for you.
