Packages for:

* Fedora 27 and 28 (x86_64, aarch64, etc.) are at [1]; Fedora 29
(rawhide) are in rawhide.

* Debian stretch and buster (amd64) are at [1].

* CentOS 7 (x86_64, aarch64, ppc64le) are at [2]. They have been tagged
for testing and should appear soon at [3].
