The new locale file for an_ES

The attached file contains an updated version of the locale data for Aragonese
(an_ES) to replace the current locale data. The current one was created in 2003
and contained some typos and inaccuracies. The graphical representation of
Aragonese has also changed since then.

This file fixes some errors and adapts the spelling to the one used in all
localized software for Aragonese (including GNOME, Firefox, Moodle, Mediawiki,
etc.) and other open-source language tools (Apertium translator, hunspell
spellchecker...). See http://softaragones.org
