When attempting to build egcs from the CVS tree, under linux 2.1.120/119
and glibc 2.0.95, I get the following error:

/usr/src/objdir/gcc/xgcc -B/usr/src/objdir/gcc/ -c -DSkip_f2c_Undefs -I. \
-I../../../../egcs/libf2c/libF77 -I.. -I../../../../egcs/libf2c/libF77/.. \
-DSTDC_HEADERS=1 -DRETSIGTYPE=void -DIEEE_drem=1 -DSkip_f2c_Undefs=1 -O2 -mpentium \
                -march=pentium -D_GNU_SOURCE ../../../../egcs/libf2c/libF77/pow_dd.c
/usr/include/bits/mathinline.h: In function `pow_dd':
/usr/include/bits/mathinline.h:376: `asm' needs too many reloads
make[3]: *** [pow_dd.o] Error 1

make[2]: *** [f77] Error 2

make[1]: *** [all-target-libf2c] Error 2

make: *** [bootstrap] Error 2

Is this a known problem, or is egcs being too particular?
